You are free to consult a licensed real estate agent, attorney, accountant, surveyor, or other advisor before entering into any agreement with us, and we encourage you to do so.
We operate in multiple states. Requirements applicable to a transaction vary by state and county, and the terms of any specific transaction are governed by the signed written agreement for that transaction.
Nothing on this website or in any communication from us is legal, tax, financial, accounting, appraisal, surveying, engineering, or investment advice. Information about property values, market conditions, zoning, permitted uses, timelines, development costs, or potential returns is general in nature and may not apply to your situation. Submitting information does not create any obligation for us to make an offer, and it does not create any contract between us. Any offer we make is subject to our review, title review, access and boundary review, and other conditions, and may be withdrawn or revised at any time before a written agreement is signed by both parties. Maps and boundary overlays are approximate and are not a survey.

You agree not to submit information about another person’s phone number without that person’s permission.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree that Frontier Land Ventures LLC may contact you by phone call and text message at that number, including through an automatic telephone dialing system, and including for marketing purposes where you have consented. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving an offer.

Joining our buyer list does not entitle you to purchase any property, reserve any property, or receive notice of every property. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. This provision governs use of the website only; a signed purchase agreement for a specific property may specify the law and venue of the state where that property is located, and that agreement controls as to that transaction.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Frontier Land Ventures LLC regarding the website. A signed written purchase agreement, where one exists, controls over these Terms as to the subject matter of that agreement.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
